TRANSPORTING JU XOUO COMPANY, LIMITES.

KWANGUNG.

I Objects.

Art.l. The name of the Company 18:

Citizens' Zerial

Transporting Ju Kono Company, Limited. for the Eastern District

of Kwang tung.

Art. 2. The Bureau of Reorganisation of the Eastern

Kwangtung has granted this Company three years' monopoly,

registered in the Provincial Government. Our general regulations

are in accordance of the Law of the Company Organisation and

Special Priviledges Regulations. For details, affaires should

be dealt within our business and svecial priviledge scopes.

Art. 3. Our objects are to transport official documents,

postal mails, merchandises duly taxed, aud passengers in order

to develop private aerial enterprises and the comunications

between Swatow Canton and the intermediary ports, and the other

parts near Canton but difficult in communications.

Art 4. The General Office of the Co. will be established

in Swatow, and branches in Canton and Walchow,

is prolonged, branches will be established in
